N:      When did it happen?
P:      My face broke out when I woke up a couple of days ago.
N:      Have you been under stress lately?
P:      You can say that again.  I'm a stock broker(증권 중개인).
N:      What about your diet?  Do you eat greasy food?
P:      Well, burgers and pizza.  I eat on the run(저는 급하게 먹게 돼요).

N:      The sebaceous glands are very active at your age,
and eating fatty food doesn't help.
         (환자분 연령대의 피지선들은 아주 활동적이고,
지방이 많이 음식은 도움이 되지 않습니다.)
P:      I know but I can't help it(저도 알지만 어쩔 수 없어요).
N:      You have to pay extra attention to cleanliness.
Wash your hands and face often with a mild antiseptic soap
and don't touch and pick your pimples.  It will leave scars on your face.
P:      I'll remember that.
N:      The doctor will see you now.

Dialogue 2
P:     Hello.  My hands feels so itchy.
And the skin is peeling, too.
N:     Let me see.  Oh!  It looks bad.
Where else do you feel itchy?
P:     Down the legs and arms.
I keep scratching till they bleed.
N:     Hmm.  The skin looks very dry.  Do you use a humidifier?
P:     No.
N:     You should.  It's very dry nowadays with the heating.
Try to use a humidifier or hang some wet towels in the room.
P:     O.K.
N:     The doctor will probably run some tests and prescribe you a lotion
and an ointment you can apply.
